An ITV series of action/drama detective stories based on the actual files of the William J.Burns international detective agency. 39 x 30-minute episodes were made, directed by Eddie Sutherland and featuring 6’3″ American TV and radio personality Arthur Fleming as Ken Franklin, a former police detective turned private investigator.
Ken Franklin and the International Detective Agency operatives assist the Paris police when a baby is stolen from a local hospital and held for ransom. The search for the kidnappers sends the detectives scrambling from Marseille, Lucerne and the Montmartre District of Paris in search of the child.
