  2. 15 set 2019 · Nirvana - Into the Black [Bootleg Compilation] A 6xCD compilation released early after Kurt Cobain's death, Into The Black aggregates demos, notable live shows, and rarities into one fancy set. (I don't have CD 6, sorry, and I will add it as soon as possible if I ever find it.)

  3. Overview. Nirvana was formed by singer/guitarist Kurt Cobain and bassist Krist Novoselic in Aberdeen, Washington, in 1987, and featured drummer Dave Grohl for the majority of the band's career. They had previously gone through a succession of drummers, most notably Chad Channing, Dale Crover and Dan Peters.

  6. Live Nirvana Bootography Review: This is as good a compilation as you will find anywhere. The "important" tracks are all high quality recordings. "Opinion" contains Kurt's conversation with the DJ (the conversation is left off of many discs).

  7. Catalog Number: Additional Artwork. Live Nirvana Bootography Rating: A 95% Live Nirvana Bootography Review: Discs five and six get a mixed review because a few of the tracks are defective. The defective tracks only affect the John Peel Sessions, so the show escapes unscathed.
