The Invisibl Skratch Piklz are an American group of turntablists. The members of the group were originally hip-hop DJs, who were among the pioneers of the turntablism movement in the 1990s; turntablists create musical pieces by mixing samples from records, and by using multiple turntables as instruments.

14 feb 2024 · The Invisibl Skratch Piklz story begins in what former ISP manager Alex Aquino calls the “pre-hip-hop era” of the late ’70s-early ’80s, when youth-oriented street dance intersected with pioneering mobile DJ crews and a Filipino-American tradition of garage parties.
BIO. In 1989, three incredible DJs in the San Francisco Bay Area – DJ Qbert, DJ Apollo and Mix Master Mike – formed a crew called the Invisibl Skratch Piklz. As a crew, the guys took the idea of DJing to new heights by utilizing the turntable as a full-blown instrument and thinking of themselves beyond just DJs – together, they were a unit.
