Musicista (Deventer o Amsterdam 1562 - Amsterdam 1621), successe (1577 circa) al padre Pieter Swybertszoon (m. 1573), del quale fu probabilmente allievo, come organista della Oude Kerk di Amsterdam. Diventò presto celebre quale virtuoso d'organo e di clavicembalo.
