   Il film e' un eccellente dramma psicologico di ambientazione sportivo pugilistica, in cui la parte sportiva e’ relegata abbondantemente in secondo piano rispetto alla difficile vicenda esistenziale del protagonista e all’approfondimento psicologico dei personaggi e delle loro interazioni.
