Jeffrey Allen "Skunk" Baxter (born December 13, 1948) is an American guitarist, known for his stints in the rock bands Steely Dan and The Doobie Brothers during the 1970s and Spirit in the 1980s. More recently, he has worked as a defense consultant and advised U.S. members of Congress on missile defense . [1]
Jeff Baxter, ufficialmente Jeffrey Allen Baxter, noto anche con lo pseudonimo di Skunk (Washington, 13 dicembre 1948), è un chitarrista statunitense. È noto in particolare per aver fatto parte dei gruppi rock Steely Dan e The Doobie Brothers negli anni '70.
Jeff Skunk Baxter was the lead guitarist in the early years and responsible for bringing Michael McDonald into the band. Along with other members of the band, Baxter was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in November of 2020.
