George Jefferson Dwire (June 6, 1923 – August 12, 1974) was an American small businessman in Arkansas and the third husband of Virginia Clinton Kelley, and a stepfather of former U.S. President Bill Clinton and Roger Clinton Jr.

Roger Clinton died in 1967 after seventeen years of marriage. On January 3, 1969, only one year after Roger Clinton's death, his widow married for the third time. Her groom, Jeff Dwire (June 6, 1923 – August 1974), was the same age as she, and had three daughters by a previous marriage.

Following Roger's death from cancer in 1967, Virginia Clinton married hairdresser Jeff Dwire in 1969; he subsequently died of complications of diabetes in 1974. On January 17, 1982, she married Richard Kelley (1915–2007), an executive at a food distribution brokerage firm.
James Dwire Sr. is still a very active and important member of Dwire Earthmoving today. Jeff and Joel Dwire worked for their father, James Sr, off and on most of their younger years in Minnesota, Colorado, and Nevada. They also worked for other contractors throughout the 1980s and 1990s. 1990-2001
