Jeremy Soule (/ ˈ s oʊ l /; born December 19, 1975) is an American composer of soundtracks for film, television, and video games. He has composed soundtracks for over 60 games and over a dozen other works during his career, including The Elder Scrolls , Guild Wars , Icewind Dale , and the Harry Potter series.

You clearly don’t know much about making music. People always think it’s odd time signatures and complex phrasing that are difficult to make, when in fact it takes tons more talent and work to create million-layered orchestral scores that don’t sound shitty or generic. As to Soule, the dude’s a genius, hands down.
