John Burroughs School, a college-preparatory day school in St. Louis, Missouri, brings the liberal arts model to secondary education. It offers a core curriculum that supports a broad base of knowledge and skills in the humanities; STEM; the arts; athletics, health and wellness; global awareness and cultural competency; and service and sustainability.
Tuition for the 2023-2024 school year is $34,700. Other charges — for books, supplemental classroom materials, athletic teams, and field trips — can cost more than an additional $1,000 per year. Tuition for the 2024-2025 school year will be set in January 2024. Our policies and process regarding tuition aid are set forth below.
