Linda John-Pierre is a singer who auditioned for Series 15 of Britain's Got Talent. She was aged 53 at the time of her audition. She lived in Liverpool at the time of her audition, yet hailed from London.
When asked what she wanted to get from the show she stated that she 'Liked to give everything a chance' as 'Life is very short and you've got to give it you're all'.
In her audition, John-Pierre performed 'Somebody Else’s Guy' by Jocelyn Brown. Alesha remarked 'you really brought the party', with David adding 'we didn’t want it to end'. She advanced onto the following round, however she failed to reach the Semi-Finals.
The show received widespread backlash as she did not proceed to the Semi-Finals, however "bad" acts such as Titan The Robot did.
In 1999, John-Pierre competed upon an episode of 'Stars In Their Eyes' as Chaka Khan, yet failed to reach the Final.
In 2008, she played Keisha-Camille in TV Series 'Beautiful People'.
In 2009, she played DI Rice in TV Movie 'Being Danny's Dire'.
In 2011, she played Celia Anne in TV Series 'Threesome'.
In 2016 she played Baba's Wife in TV Series 'The Take'.
In 2018, she played Hurse in an episode of 'Silent Witness'. Additionally, in 2018 she appeared upon a segment on ITV's 'This Morning' known as 'The Big Audition' wherein she was provided with tips as to how she could achieve her dream of becoming a fitness presenter on a shopping channel.
Later in 2022, she appeared in a sponsorship advertisement with Confused.com during advertisement breaks of ITV Soap 'Emmerdale' which can be found on her Instagram Stories, and she featured in one of the latest Postcode Lottery advertisements alongside the company's new ambassador Jason Donovan and can be seen driving the cart that Jeff Brazier sits within towards the end of the advert.
Additionally in 2022, she played the social worker Mrs Palmer in TV Series 'Jungle' & Mona Beckforth in BBC's 'Doctors'. She is also set to portray a passing nurse in a musical adaptation of 'Greatest Days' which features several Take That songs and is currently in Post-Production.
