Johnnie To è un regista e produttore cinematografico hongkonghese. È noto per aver fondato, insieme a Wai Ka-Fai, la Milkyway Image, casa di produzione che alla fine degli anni novanta rinnovò profondamente il cinema di Hong Kong, in special modo il genere noir.
