Joyce Anita Hytner OBE (née Myers; born December 1935) is a British theatrical fundraiser who sits on the board of the Old Vic, the Royal Court Theatre, the Criterion Theatre, the Quintessentially Foundation, Manchester International Festival, and works for the fundraising consultancy Act IV.

A leading arts fundraiser has been awarded an honorary degree by Manchester Metropolitan University for her contribution to the arts and culture sector and invaluable support of the Manchester International Festival.
Hytner's mother, Joyce Hytner OBE, is a theatrical fundraiser, who has served on the board of many organisations including The Old Vic, the Criterion Theatre, the Royal Court Theatre and Historic Royal Palaces.
