Judith von Schweinfurt was the daughter of Heinrich von Schweinfurt, Markgraf auf dem bayerischen Nordgau, and Gerberga. The identity of her mother is debated, she could have been Gerberga von Hammerstein following Charles Cawley [1] based on his interpretation of Thietmar, [2] or the daughter of Otto, Graf im Grabfeld. [3] .
