Juliusz Jan Machulski (ur. 10 marca 1955 w Olsztynie) – polski reżyser, producent filmowy, aktor, scenarzysta i dramaturg. Założyciel Studia Filmowego „Zebra” (1988). Życiorys. W 1973 roku ukończył VII Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Juliusza Słowackiego w Warszawie.

Juliusz Machulski pochodzi z aktorskiej rodziny. Od dziecka był zafascynowany kinem, ale do szkoły reżyserskiej w Łodzi trafił dopiero w 1978 r., wcześniej studiował bowiem filologię polską na Uniwersytecie Warszawskim. Dzisiaj jest jednym z najlepszych, ale i najbardziej znanych twórców polskiego kina.
