In Justice League Dark: Apokolips War, John Constantine reads Flash's mind to learn about the "Flashpoint" incident. Following the defeat of Darkseid and Batman stating that Earth lost 31% of its molten core, Constantine asks Flash to travel back in time to trigger another Flashpoint and restart the timeline over again so that the current state of things will be erased.
Don't assign a linear meaning to the post-credit scene of The Flashpoint Paradox and what you get is that everything before Hell to Pay is a "history" of that universe, a 5 year history of the formation of the league and various events (both Wonder Woman and a titans movie have 5 year flashbacks as well).
