The aim of this course is to study a range of global art history and aesthetics, while at the same time practicing actual studio work including painting, sculpture and craft, and also taking basic curatorial training. The students will learn diverse practical information to support thesis writing.
Students learn the basic and application to become visual designers and creators. In the master program, students aim for higher levels of creativity while using their advanced skills. Throughout the doctoral program, students develop visual skills and design theories with historical and logical backgrounds.
Kanazawa College of Art is deeply involved with interchange with universities from many different countries and supports international interaction between artists, teachers and students.
