Khieu Samphan è un politico e rivoluzionario cambogiano, dirigente della Kampuchea Democratica, di cui fu capo di Stato dal 1976 al 1979. È di etnia sino-khmer. Nel 2022 è stato definitivamente condannato all’ergastolo per crimini contro l’umanità, genocidio e violazione delle Convenzioni di Ginevra.
Khieu Samphan (Khmer: ខៀវ សំផន; born 28 July 1931) is a Cambodian former communist politician and economist who was the chairman of the state presidium of Democratic Kampuchea from 1976 until 1979.
