Not only that, but Kilroy Was Here was released 40 years ago today in 1983, and Damn Yankees was released 33 years ago today in 1990.
Kilroy Was Here would have worked so much better if James Young and Dennis DeYoung had switched characters It's so obvious it feels insane to point it out. James Young has that classic rock star voice and look, and is much easier to picture being revered by Tommy Shaw's character.
