- About us
Latymer Upper School is a co-educational public school in Hammersmith, London, England, between King Street and the River Thames. It derives from a charity school founded in 1624 by the English merchant Edward Latymer , which has existed continually since.
At Latymer Upper School, we place particular emphasis on nurturing our teachers intellectually and professionally, supporting their own development as lifelong learners and educators. As a result, we attract talented and ambitious academic staff who make inspirational teachers and stimulating colleagues.
The school day at Latymer starts with lessons at 8.30am. An hour and 45-minute lunch break gives pupils plenty of time for a dedicated tutor time, extra-curricular clubs and sports. Co-curricular sports training, drama and music rehearsals run after the school day has finished at 4pm.
Latymer Upper School £7,510 per term Fee assistance – Latymer has a very generous bursary programme to ensure that bright pupils from all backgrounds can access the excellent education and facilities we provide. We offer means-tested bursaries of up to 100% discount on tuition fees.
