In celebration of the Institute’s 50th Anniversary, The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute is thrilled to announce 4 new need- and merit-based scholarships to the Los Angles campus!
The Strasberg Intensive Program is designed to introduce both the new and experienced actor to Lee Strasberg’s Method Acting™ in 2 weeks. This program is based on our full-time programs in that students will take Method Acting, Acting for Film & TV, and an additional class.
The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute is authorized under Federal law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students. The admissions process and student visa rules are specific to each campus and program. Find more information about international students at campus you are interested in attending:

In addition to Saturday and After-School classes during the traditional school year, the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute offers summer day camps and intensives for students in grades 2-12. Our Young Actors summer programs are designed to encompass students at all levels and provide foundational training in Lee Strasberg’s world renowned Method Acting technique.
LSTFI NEW YORK CAMPUS APPLICATION. Applications are open for all 2025 programs (Winter 2025, Spring 2025, Summer 2025, Fall 2025). We have rolling admissions, rather than deadlines, but prospective students are advised to apply at least 2 months prior to their desired program start date to secure admission.
