Linda Tuero (born October 21, 1950) is an American tennis player and paleoanthropologist. She won six U.S Junior Titles and three U.S. Women's Titles. She reached the quarter-finals of the French Open in 1971, and won the singles titles at the Italian Open in 1972.

Interessante ricordare Linda Tuero, nata nel 1950 a New Orleans. Iniziò a giocare a 10 anni ed ebbe una eccellente carriera giovanile, aggiudicandosi diversi titoli juniores a livello nazionale, sia in singolare che in doppio.
A native Louisianian, Linda Tuero “the Pixie from Dixie” began playing tennis at the age of ten, and was something of a prodigy – she won her first tournament, the New Orleans City Championships sponsored by New Orleans Recreational Department, six months later.
