Quando i genitori di Little Allan divorziano, il bambino deve trasferirsi in una città completamente nuova. A causa della sua disperata ricerca di nuovi amici, Allan si ritrova a fungere da antenna umana per il suo anziano vicino, ossessionato dagli UFO.
