Ja Rule (/dʒɑː/), pseudonimo di Jeffrey Bruce Atkins (New York, 29 febbraio 1976), è un rapper e attore statunitense. Nato e cresciuto nel quartiere di Queens , a New York , debutta nel 1999 con il singolo "Holla Holla", tratto dal suo disco d'esordio Venni Vetti Vecci .
Ja Rule peaked the Billboard Hot 100 thrice in 2001 with his single "Always on Time" and his guest appearances on Jennifer Lopez's "I'm Real" and "Ain't It Funny". His encompassing singles, "Put It on Me", "Mesmerize", "Livin' It Up" and "Wonderful" have peaked within the top ten of the chart and spawned from commercially successful album releases.
In 2020, Ja Rule developed a live-streaming app called "Iconn Live". The app debuted on Apple TV in November 2022. In 2021, Ja Rule partnered with a team of software engineers to launch Flipkick, a platform focusing on selling physical works of art as non-fungible tokens.
