Lord Byng Secondary School is a public secondary school located in the West Point Grey neighbourhood on the west side of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It opened in 1925 and was named in honour of the then Governor General of Canada, Julian Byng, 1st Viscount Byng of Vimy.

The staff of Lord Byng extends a warm welcome to you as you enter Grade 8! Lord Byng Secondary is a school of approximately 1300 students, Grades 8 through 12. Lord Byng is a warm, friendly place for students, staff and guests. Students come from across the city and many parts of the world to attend our school.
Lord Byng. Address: 3939 West 16th. 1924-present. Built in the Municipality of Point Grey, Lord Byng laid the cornerstone on July 28, 1924. A temporary wooden building opened on Lord Kitchener’s ground in September 1924, with the official opening of the new building on March 12, 1925.
