Born into the House of Bernadotte, Louise was the only surviving child of King Charles XV of Sweden and Norway and his consort, Louise of the Netherlands.

Princess Märtha Louise of Norway (born 22 September 1971) is a Norwegian self-described clairvoyant, [2] [3] businesswoman and a member of the extended Norwegian royal family . She was born in Oslo in 1971 to then-Prince Harald and the former Sonja Haraldsen, a commoner by birth. At the time she had no inheritance rights to the Norwegian throne.
