23 mar 2005 · Uh-jin is a housewife who lives in the suburbs of Busan. She leads a poor life with two little kids and her husband is of little help. One day, she makes up her mind to work as a hostess at night while doing housekeeping during the day. She tries hard to cope with both jobs, yet life is still tough.
Grounded in a realist aesthetic, Love Is A Crazy Thing (with its misleadingly cheerful English title) is hardly the first Korean film to tackle this subject.

Au-jin (Jeon Mi-seon) is a mother of two children and wife to a husband in deep financial difficulties. To augment her income, she works for a telephone sex-chat service. After a chance meeting with Madam Kim, she is offered a job in an all-night bar acting as a companion for lonely men.
