I don't disagree on any particular point, but I would argue that Wealth and Power is probably actually more generically good rather than less. Don't get me wrong, the full suite of abilities "Protection from (colour)" gives craps all over what WAP has, but when your opponent isn't playing the specified colour that top line may as well not be there, or even if they are in the applicable colours ...
