Margaret of the Palatinate (German: Margarete von der Pfalz; 1376 – 26 August 1434, Einville-au-Jard) was the daughter of Rupert of Germany and his wife Elisabeth of Nuremberg. She married Charles II, Duke of Lorraine on 6 February 1393. Her maternal grandparents were Frederick V, Burgrave of Nuremberg and Elisabeth of Meissen.

They had one daughter: Anne of the Palatinate (26 September 1329 – 2 February 1353) who married in 1349 the Holy Roman Emperor Charles IV In 1348, he married Margaret of Sicily (1331 – 1377), daughter of King Frederick II of Sicily and Eleanor of Anjou.
