Leopoldine Marie Prinzessin von Anhalt-Dessau (* 12. Dezember 1716 in Dessau; † 27. Januar 1782 in Kolberg) war das neunte Kind von Leopold I. von Anhalt-Dessau und Anna Luise Föhse. Auf Befehl von König Friedrich II. von Preußen wurde sie um 1751 nach Kolberg verbannt. Ihr Schloss in Schwedt wurde von den Preußen nach 1788 als Sommersitz benutzt.

She was born in Oranienbaum palace as the fourth daughter and ninth child of Prince Leopold I, Prince of Anhalt-Dessau and his initially morganatic wife, Anna Louise Föhse.
After becoming a widow in 1788, Margraviate of Brandenburg-Schwedt was incorporated into the Kingdom of Prussia. Since then, her former home, Schwedt palace was used by the Prussian royal familyas their summer residence.
She married on 13 February 1739 Frederick Henry, Margrave of Brandenburg-Schwedt(1709–1788), who became the last Margrave. They had two daughters: 1. Louise (10 August 1750 – 20 December 1811), who married her cousin, Prince Leopold III of Anhalt-Dessau(10 August 1740 – 9 August 1817). 2.
