Die Tochter Christoph Martins II., Marie Luise von Degenfeld (1634–1677) wurde die zweite Frau des Kurfürsten Karl I. Ludwig. Sie hat auf alle kurpfälzischen Ansprüche verzichtet, wofür sie und ihre Nachkommen 1670 mit der Lehensherrschaft über Stebbach und dem Raugrafen-Titel entschädigt wurden.
