The Bantry’s, friends of Miss Marple, wake up to find a body of a young girl in their library. They have no idea who she is. Of course, being a small town, tongues start wagging.

15 apr 2024 · One of the earlier Miss Marple mysteries (it was the third novel published in the series, after "The Murder at the Vicarage" and (hey-- quiz title!) "The Body in the Library"), "The Moving FINGER" is another classic tale of murder in which the reader is kept in suspense as the narrator and the characters within shift the suspect from one person to the other as new evidence is revealed.
