Marvin Taylor The Spinners are an American rhythm and blues vocal group that formed in Ferndale, Michigan in 1954. They enjoyed a string of hit singles and albums during the 1960s and 1970s, particularly with producer Thom Bell .

17 set 2021 · September 17, 2021 ·. Marvin Taylor, the co-lead singer with The Spinners, born and raised in Flint, Michigan, as a young kid, was always signing and had a personality and mind for greater things. He joined his first singing group, Soul On Ice, at the age of 10.

Now consisting of Fambrough along with Ronnie “Raheem” Moss, Jessie Peck, Marvin Taylor and C. J. Jefferson, the group has teamed with legendary songwriter and producer Preston Glass – who in the past decade has also worked on comeback albums for The Stylistics, Chubby Tavares and Freda Payne – for Round the Block.

The current lineup includes Smith, Jackson, Fambrough, and two new members, Marvin Taylor and Ronnie Moss. The Spinners are best known for their hits “I’ll Be Around”, “Could It Be I’m Falling in Love”, and “Working My Way Back to You”.
