Mary Frann (born Mary Frances Luecke, February 27, 1943 [citation needed] – September 23, 1998) was an American stage, film, and television actress. She is best known for her role as Joanna Loudon, the wife of Bob Newhart's character on the CBS sitcom Newhart, which aired from 1982 to 1990.
