Rolf Åke Mikael Nyqvist, meglio noto come Michael Nyqvist è stato un attore svedese. Ha raggiunto la fama internazionale per aver interpretato nel 2009 il personaggio di Mikael Blomkvist nella trilogia cinematografica Millennium e, nel 2010, nell'omonima miniserie TV, entrambe tratte dai romanzi di Stieg Larsson.
Rolf Åke Mikael Nyqvist (Swedish: [ˈnŷːkvɪst]; 8 November 1960 – 27 June 2017) was a Swedish actor. Educated at the School of Drama in Malmö, he became well known for playing police officer Banck in the 1997–1998 Martin Beck TV series and for his leading role in the 2002 film Grabben i graven bredvid.
