Michael Quercio (born March 13, 1963) is an American musician. He is the founder, bassist and lead singer of The Three O'Clock, and coined the term Paisley Underground as the name of a musical subgenre.

Michael Quercio, born on March 3, 1963, in Carson, California, is an influential American musician best known as the lead vocalist and bassist for the seminal Paisley Underground.
Originally released in 1982, under the band name, The Salvation Army, but later changed to The Three O'Clock for legal reasons, this is the debut album from Michael Quercio's psychedelic pop garage rock outfit, and pillar of L.A.'s Paisley Underground scene.
