4 giorni fa · Image via Blizzard Entertainment. What Does Profane Mindcage Do. Profane Mindcage is a consumable Elixir. Once consumed, it will: Increase Abberant Cinder drop rate and Threat gain. Increase Helltide Monster Level by 10 (this is capped at level 50 in World Tiers 1 and 2). The effects last for 60 minutes.
Expires on death though. It is a Seasonal Elixir, makes Helltides enemies stronger from what I gather. Actually gonna use one when I hop on this evening for the first time lol. its a drop from helltide elites (i think specifically from hellborne) where it increases the helltide monster level by 10.
