On the 40 th anniversary of its debut, Craft Recordings is re-releasing the album—having newly remastered it from its original analog tapes and pressed on 180-gram vinyl.
"Mommy's Little Monster" is the first album by American punk rock band Social Distortion, released in 1983 (though the CD erroneously notes 1982). The album was critically acclaimed but was, however, not commercially successful.

In celebration of the 40th anniversary of Social Distortion’s seminal debut album, Mommy’s Little Monster, Craft Recordings has reissued the album on vinyl. Remastered for the very first time, the album is available on several coloured vinyl formats, including red, black and white, clear, and grey.
