Robby later starred in the science fiction film The Invisible Boy (1957) and appeared in many TV series and films. The animated sequences of Forbidden Planet, especially the attack of the Id Monster, were created by veteran animator Joshua Meador, [19] who was loaned to MGM by Walt Disney Productions.
