Television movie based on Sam Reese Sheppard's quest to prove that his father, Dr. Sam Sheppard, did not kill his mother Marilyn in 1954. Sheppard served ten years in prison for the crime before the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the conviction. He was later retried and found not guilty.
