Neil Donell (born May 23, 1956) is a Canadian singer who has worked extensively as a session musician and has been nominated for multiple Juno Awards. He is most well-known as the lead tenor vocalist for the classic rock band Chicago since 2018, succeeding Peter Cetera, Jason Scheff and Jeff Coffey. [1]
Originally hailing from Montreal, Neil Donell is a premier vocalist with a range exceeding four octaves – equally comfortable as both a dynamic live performer and a premier session vocalist. His extreme versatility allows him to move effortlessly between virtually every genre of popular music.
My name is Neil Donell. I am a singer, songwriter, musician, producer, vocal coach, and the father of two wonderful sons. I currently reside in Canada’s largest city, Toronto. Originally from Montreal, I relocated to Toronto in the 80’s to pursue my musical aspirations.
