Neil Gordon Kinnock, Baron Kinnock, PC (born 28 March 1942) is a Welsh politician who served as Leader of the Opposition and Leader of the Labour Party from 1983 to 1992. He served as a Member of Parliament (MP) from 1970 to 1995, first for Bedwellty and then for Islwyn .
