The original lineup was filled out by Casey Wescott on keyboards and backing vocals, Bryn Lumsden on bass and Nicholas Peterson on drums and backing vocals. Pecknold's late-sixties pop style caught the attention of the Seattle producer Phil Ek and he helped them record their first demo in 2006, the self-released Fleet Foxes EP. [7]

Nicholas Peterson. Director: Dark Mind. Nick Peterson grew up watching MTV, Sci-Fi films, anime from Blockbuster Video, and playing video games. He graduated from the Experimental Animation program at CALARTS. After many years producing visual effects he transitioned into full time directing.

Nicholas Peterson. Nicholas Peterson is a graduate of the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) where he developed skills in stop-motion animation. In 1998 Peterson crewed on the first ever stop-motion IMAX film More, later nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film.
