Nizam College has a strong Alumni Association. The Alumni Association of the college meets regularly. Some activities taken up by the alumni are: interaction with the present students, extension lectures in their respective fields of expertise, cultural activities and aid to improve infrastructural facilities.
This college is an autonomous, constituent college of Osmania University. It is located near Lal Bahadur Shastri Stadium in Hyderabad. Nizam College was originally a palace of Fakhrul-ul-mulk II, a noble of Hyderabad. Nizam College celebrated its centenary in 1987.

Nizam College Admission 2024 is open. Admissions to UG courses at Nizam College are based on merit in the qualifying examination and for PG courses entrance exams like TS CPGET & TS ICET are considered. TS CPGET 2024 exam is expected to be conducted in June 2024.
