Hey, guys, noob cinematographer here - soon I'll be shooting a student short and the director is really inspired from Nomadland(2021), and wants our image to look similar in terms of contrast (attached examples below) I am kind of lost, though, how to achieve this look where the sky isn't burning and the hero in shot is not a complete silhouette.
