Biografie. Panic! at the Disco werd onder de naam "Pat Salamander" opgericht door Ryan Ross en Spencer Smith. Ze speelden covers van Blink-182, met Brent Wilson en hun vriend Trevor. Later kwam ook zanger Brendon Urie bij de band. Vanaf 2016 was Urie het enige lid van de band.
