Ms. Seavey compiled her footage in “Parables of War,” a short documentary that screened before a packed audience on Tuesday. The film was produced by Barbara Porter, chief of staff in the president’s office, and supported by the National Endowment for the Arts as well as GW parent Mario Grauso and his son, freshman Harrison Grauso.
