Gilmartin (born January 9, 1963) is an American stand up comedian, podcast host, former member of the NWO, and television personality best known as the longtime host of TBS's Dinner and a Movie. Since 2011, he has been the host and executive producer of the podcast The Mental Illness Happy Hour .

Before becoming a stand-up comedian, he appeared in numerous plays in the Chicago theater scene, and studied at the famed Second City Theater.
