Paula Prentiss (* 4. März 1938 in San Antonio, bürgerlich: Paula Ragusa) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin. Paula Prentiss wurde während ihres Studiums an der Northwestern University entdeckt und unterschrieb 1958 einen Vertrag bei Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. Zusammen mit Jim Hutton spielte sie ab 1960 in mehreren Screwball-Komödien.

Prentiss was convicted in a California court of a 1996 assault against her father, and a subsequent threat against members of her family. The district attorney claimed that Prentiss, while incarcerated on the assault charge, had attempted to hire another inmate to kill three people, including her father and actor-director Richard Benjamin , the husband of her sister.
