I was told they couldn't find my account but that they needed some numbers of my banking out , a screen shot of the charges, and some other things. I really have a problem with this. They can't find my account, email!? They taking my money. Something fishy.

29 gen 2022 · My wife has been charged monthly by Roku for Peacock TV LLC every month on her credit card. Credit card company has reissued card 3 times now because she disputed charge, and yet charges keep popping up each month. My wife does not have a Roku account under her email address so there is no way to look for a subscription.
