Biografia Ray Manzarek. Nasce a Chicago il 12 Febbraio 1939. Figlio di immigrati polacchi e primo di 3 fratelli maschi, resta influenzato fin da ragazzo dal blues trasmesso dalle radio di Chicago. Ad 8 anni comincia a prendere lezioni di piano , apprendendo le tecniche Jive, Jazz e Stride Piano, ed imparando a leggere le progressioni armoniche.
